Dear Nominating Committee Members: 

As mentioned in our e-mail from Monday, June 23 we received over 150 eligible nominations from ASCO members for consideration by the Nominating Committee in the 2026 ASCO Election cycle. As such, we are asking that you please review the nominations for each category and cast your initial votes for your top 20 nominees for the Board of Directors nominees, and top 10 nominees for Nominating Committee no later than Saturday, June 28 by 9:00 pm ET. These initial votes, while not final or binding, will help trim the list  to a more manageable size for discussions by the Nominating Committee on Monday, June 30.

Please refer to the “Guide on How to Navigate the Open Water Voting Platform for Initial Evaluation” that was provided via e-mail for more detailed instructions on how to review candidate information and cast your votes.
