Dear Nominating Committee Members, 

The Nominating Committee will be meeting from August 14-15, 2025. On August 14, the Committee will be interviewing candidates for the President-Elect position. On August 15, the Committee will be meeting to narrow down the list of candidates who have been interviewed by the Committee for ALL open positions, and select the final slate of candidates who will appear on the ballot for the 2026 ASCO Election. 

We encourage you to review the CVs and written questionnaires provided by the candidates, as well as the interview notes from your fellow Nominating Committee members through this online platform.  

During the meeting on August 15, each Nominating Committee member will have the opportunity to speak about the candidates they interviewed, and then vote for their top choices for each open position in order to finalize the slate.
